creepy crawlies

Ok this isn't very nice but it is important, and it may help someone, so I will report to you what is going on with me because it may help you....
I have been passing long (8+ inches) intestinal worms all week. I think this healthy food is killing them. The only thing I wonder is are they all over inside me, like my heart, intestines, stomach, kidneys, brain etc. It creeps me out to think about but on the good side, they are dieing...
