2 cups Spinach
Celery
beet greens
1/2 beet
1 cucumber
2 carrots
1 green apple
1 cup kale
1 cup broccoli
Had more water today due to headache.
Made Green Tea w/ FRESH Ginger, and added Frozen Peaches, put it in the blender and made cold Peach, Ginger Green tea! Rating 1-5 1 being best It is a 3
Made Butter Nut Squash Soup (w no seasoning)
Cut 1 Butternut into pieces, add to water and boil 1-2 hrs (until soft)
take out of water (reserve water / it has vitamins in it)
Take off skin
put in blender w/ 1 cup reserved water
done
add to cup or bowl eat w spoon.
dinner we drive our son to lessons on Tuesday nights so my husband had 2 hamburger.
I had 2 bites
and 1 ckn wrap (which was dinky tiny- like a ckn nugget)
and water...
When we left I realized I was actually full! Hurray
and .... No pm snacking needed! Went to bed at 10pm!
Woke up at 4:45 am FULL of ENERGY!
