Did good all day today.... almostHad a lemon, apple ginger for breakfast and saved some in an ice cube tray in the freezer for night time snacks.
Lunch I Had pineapple, coconut, ice, smoothie. This kept me full until about 6pm.
Then I came home and had dinner .....
I was sooooooo hungry!
I had 2 sandwiches. Tomato, onion, mayo on whole wheat toast. It was so good but bad bad... After I did that I had a Peanut Butter sandwich. I was full but feeling very guilty.
Next time I have this craving I will have just a tomato + onion salad,

10pm snack I had 4 lemon ice cubes that I made that morning. They were great!
I keep holding in my stomach, thinking it will burn some extra calories there, like a crunch. Who knows, maybe...
