For those keeping count my weight has stayed the same. 187lbs, however my main concern now is getting rid of the intestinal parasites/worms.
My health is more important to me than my appearance.
I have been doing alot of research of homeopathic remedies.
Here is what I have been doing daily..
1. 1 RAW coconut I have been eating 1 a day, here is a tip, when you buy a fresh coconut shake it, if you DON"T hear anything it is FULL and should have the best flavor. Make sure to look to make sure there is NO mold on the outside. Fresher is Better! I Simply cut the top off make a hole and drop in a straw. YUM YUM!
Then I eat the soft inside.
2. Every morning I start the day with juicing an ENTIRE LEMON, skin, seeds, juice and all. I save the rind and put it back in my juice, add ice water, 1 tsp of PURE Organic Maple Syrup and drink all morning. I read yesterday that they also help kill parasites and worms.
3. Upgraded my Supplements of vitamin C, Vitamin D and Q-10 intake to a higher dosage.
4. Nightly drink of 1 drop of Black Walnut Hull and wormwood Root with water.

This will kill any parasites left over except for the ones in so-called 'diverticulas' (pockets in the lower colon). The active ingredients of the parasite program are too weak by the time they reach the lower colon to kill the parasites in those pockets. They must finally be killed with a Black Walnut Hull Extra Strength Enema
